We’re looking to grow the Wildfire Youth Project team to help develop our work with young people across the Winchester area.

We’ve outlined two possible job descriptions — one for a Youth Work Programme Lead and one for a Youth Worker — and we’re open to hearing from applicants who feel they align with either! Whether you come with leadership experience or are newer to youth work but passionate and eager to grow, we’d warmly welcome a conversation. There’s flexibility in terms of hours, and we’re committed to shaping the role around the right person. You’ll find all the details in the job descriptions linked below.
