Church Partners

These are examples of how some of our current partners work with us:

Churches fully fund our team’s time and resources to work with the church to setup a range of new outreach projects for local young people. An example of projects and project costs are below:

• £xxx-£xxx per annum (term time only) for x2 Wildfire Youth Workers to setup and run an after-school drop-in
• £xxx-£xxx per annum (term time only) for 1 Wildfire Youth Worker to run a youth group
• Sponsoring elements of our work, such as Schools work and city-wide events.

For example:

• • £xxx-£xxx per annum (term time only) for x2 Wildfire Youth Workers to schools work in a local school (x2 courses per term, x1 lunchtime drop-in)
  • £xxx-£xxx per annum to sponsor our Wildfire Weekend and Summer Camp

• Second your youth worker: there are lots of opportunities for youth workers in our city to join the work of Wildfire. We value working with youth workers in the local secondary schools and at our city-wide events.
• Giving free access to your venues for our events and gatherings, and organising a Wildfire Giving Day at your church.

Partnering with Wildfire brings with it these benefits:

• All our projects fit into the Scripture Union ‘Revealing Jesus Framework’ and clearly illustrate the purpose of each project in leading a young person through a journey of faith

(Will create a graphic for this to upload – look out for it in the drive!)

• All our projects, both inside and outside school, link up and encourage churches to work together to create a city-wide vision and impact. By working together we reach more young people.
• Partners get access to Wildfire’s trained youth workers and resource database, gaining strategic consultancy on what outreach youth work could look like in your area.
• Volunteers are equipped, trained and resourced, and allow for more youth work to spring up across the city.
